Greetings, I pray that you are rejoicing in knowing that Jesus Christ is Lord and God and is worthy to be praised! It is now time for us to prepare for our May Board Meeting, which will be held on May 16th & 17th, 2012 at the True Vine Baptist Church, located at 1448 Second Ave., Port Arthur, Texas, 77642 where the Rev. Frank Phillips is the pastor and host.
All pastors and leaders please come to the Board Meeting prepared to register and work. Our primary focus for this board meeting will be Congress and Youth Fellowship planning. Time will also be allowed at 5:30 Wednesday afternoon for Board and Auxiliary planning. Most of all it is my desire that we come with a mind prepared to worship God and fulfill the Kingdom’s agenda.
Lodging has been secured at the La Quinta Inn & Suites at a rate of $ 79.00 per night. When reserving your room, ask for the Union Baptist rate. To ensure that you get the $79.00 rate, you must reserve your room by April 30, 2012.
