My congratulations to Director Abe Goff and Director Roderick Young, for their combined efforts in planning the Congress and Youth Fellowship Session in July, it was a great session. My hat is also off to Rev. U. C. Barnes and the Corinth Baptist Church who did an outstanding job as host.
Now, our attention is turned toward the Annual Session, November 12-15, 2012. Rev. Abe Goff and the Hill Zion Missionary Baptist Church will be hosting us this year. The address to Hill Zion is, 8317 Curry Road, Houston, Texas 77093. As of right now plans are being made to make this session memorable.
Bro. Pastors, I am asking you to bring delegates to participate in the general session and auxiliary sessions alike. Further, if you are scheduled to preach, please have your choir or singing group present. In denominational work attendance and participation is essential. Pastors, our lay leaders need your assistance by providing persons to work in the Brotherhood, Mission, Minister, Ushers and Nurses Board Departments.
