MERCY is the compassionate arm of Union Baptist Fellowship, Inc. Through Mercy we serve communities with acts of compassion upon citizens in outreach through acts of compassion concerning, health, crime, rehabilitation, human rights and equality and overall improved quality of life in accord with the example of Jesus Christ. This work includes supporting and advancing human services and community development policy and practices through measurement, evaluation and research, as a means to create positive change.
